In some cases, Sidd transcription may not function as expected. This can result in missing segments from either the customer, the agent, or both.

The Sidd window appears and indicates that transcription is in progress, but the conversation segments are not being displayed in the Sidd Transcription window.
Follow the steps provided in the following articles. If there's no access to the computer settings, reach out to your Lead to coordinate with Local IT.
