Frictionless Feedback
You can communicate directly with Laivly to help improve Sidd!
We’ve made it simple to share what’s not working, suggest improvements, or request support—right from inside Sidd.
To submit feedback or report an issue:
- Right-click the menu icon in the top left of the Sidd window.
- Select "Submit Issue or Feedback" from the menu.
- Choose an option in the pop-up window and fill in the requested details:
- I don't like something: Share what isn’t meeting your expectations.
- I have a suggestion or idea: Submit ideas for improvement.
- I am currently experiencing an issue: Report a problem and request support.
Sidd Support Inbox
You will receive message bubble previews of support replies from Laivly Support Staff within 15 minutes, allowing you to quickly review a message snippet, view the full ticket message, or dismiss for later review.
Unread Messages Indicator
A visible green mail icon on the SIDD face ensures that you are always aware of unread messages.
Easy Access to Messages
By simply right-clicking on the SIDD face in the system tray and selecting "View Support Messages," you can directly access your unread messages, with the green icon disappearing once messages are read.
Support Portal
If you are having issues submitting tickets through Frictionless Feedback, you can still access the Support through a direct webpage link: support.laivly.com. Please make sure you're signed into the portal using the 'Sign In' option at the top of the page before submitting a ticket.

Your Direct Supervisor
Ensure that you are in contact with your direct Supervisor if you are experiencing issues using the Laivly Platform. Your Supervisor can escalate to the Laivly support team as well, if needed.
