Follow these steps to access the Laivly Support Portal:
1. Go to https://support.laivly.com/hc/en-us.
2. Click Sign In, located at the top right.
3. Type your organization’s name (e.g., laivly) in lowercase letters.
4. Select your SSO option in the list.
5. Enter your username and password, then click Sign In.
6. You will briefly see an “authentication redirect” message.
7. Once logged in, you can:

Start a live chat with the Support team (during chat hours), or
Submit a support request at any time.
Chat Support Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
Outside of these hours, please submit a support request and the team will follow up as soon as possible.
