If you need to view all the tickets belonging to your organization, and you are the authorized administrator of your tickets, please follow the steps below:
1. Login to the Sidd support portal (https://support.laivly.com/hc/en-us).
2. Click "Check on Your Requests".
3. You will see this window with your own requests and your entire organization's tickets with the status. Click "Organization requests" to see all tickets under your organization.
4. If you click on any of the list of subjects, you will be redirected to that ticket and will see the history. You can also add your own comments.
