You can reach out to SIDD Support in three different ways:
Open Support Desk in SIDD
You can get the SIDD face from the system tray and click "Open Support Desk".
SIDD Support Portal
Use the SIDD Support Portal (https://support.laivly.com/hc/en-us) and click the "Chat with us" button to bring up the chat window. You can then type in your question to search relevant articles that may help solve your request or choose "Get in touch" to speak to a live agent. Live agent support is available Monday thru Friday between 8am - 6pm CST. If all agents are currently busy or your request is outside our support hours you can leave a message and someone will get back to you.
If you are unable to reach us , you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include as much information as you can about the issue you experiencing including:
- the approximate time of the incident (as close as you are able)
- particular details of the incident (ie. what actions were you doing/attempting at the time)
- how many agents are affected
- usernames the agents are using to log into SIDD
