Sidd Duo
1. Sidd Duo SMS Support
Sidd Duo now supports SMS. Agents handle SMS conversations the way they handle chat, with the same Sidd Duo support.
2. Analyze Dismissed Emails
Dismissed an email too soon? Agents can still analyze it. When the email is opened again in the browser, it shows up in a new section of Sidd's history dropdown, ready to analyze.
And when an agent generates a Smart Response from the browser, Sidd now switches to that email, so the response is for the right one.
3. More Reliable Transcription
Sidd now keeps transcribing when audio sources act up. If one audio source isn't available, transcription carries on with the ones that are. If voice capture can't start, text transcription still works. Sidd also switches to the microphone more smoothly when it needs to.
4. Performance Improvements & Bug Fixes
- Credit card redaction in transcripts is now more precise, including card numbers that are spoken out loud
- The Sidd window, notifications and error messages no longer show the Laivly name
- Fixed an issue where the case linked message disappeared right after a case was linked to a call
- Fixed an issue that could stop agents from manually linking a chat to a case
- Fixed an issue where chat case notes weren't translated to English when translation was turned on
- Fixed an issue where some real-time guidance prompts could appear when they shouldn't
Sidd Studio
5. UJET Support for Sidd Intercept
Sidd Intercept now works with UJET. For teams on UJET, Sidd Intercept's routing options come straight from your UJET queues, and phone number settings that don't apply are hidden.
If you don't use UJET, nothing changes.
6. New Visibility Section for RTGs
RTG scheduling now lives in one place. Active/Inactive status, activation date and expiration date sit together in a new Visibility section on the RTG configuration page, right above Advanced Settings.
You can now change just the schedule of an existing RTG and save it with the regular Save button. This works for Silent Insights too.
7. Performance Improvements & Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where User Management showed the "not quite set up" warning for users whose Sidd was working normally
- Fixed an issue where users invited without SSO couldn't create a password
- Fixed an issue where automatic user archiving had stopped working
- Fixed an issue where links in RTG banners replaced the current Sidd Studio tab instead of opening a new one
- Fixed an issue where the Back button was missing on the Guidance page when opened from Case History highlights
- Fixed an issue where webpage elements couldn't be found by name in advanced search
