1. In-App Update Communications

When Sidd updates, agents now see a short message explaining what changed — directly inside the app. No email required. 

Managers no longer need to cascade announcements, and agents can react to releases so teams can quickly gauge adoption and sentiment.

2. Smart Browser Detection

Sidd now detects when multiple browsers or profiles are running (the #1 reported issue) and tells agents exactly how to fix it. Clear prompts eliminate guesswork and reduce support tickets, ensuring transcription runs reliably every time.

3. Enhanced Diagnostics Window

A new field is now available in the Diagnostic Screen, giving teams clearer insight when troubleshooting environment-related issues.

4. Performance Updates & Bug Fixes

• Show the swift notes icon after case linking on both chat and call
• Case Notes is being displayed on the transcription Tab after linking

• Update Sidd missing from hamburger menu
