We’re excited to announce the release of Sidd Duo version 3.37. These updates include a series of back-end improvements and optimizations designed to enhance system performance and stability. There are no changes to the user interface, so your experience with the platforms will remain the same.

Sidd Duo
Highlights
This release improves reliability, reduces unnecessary interruptions, and gives agents more control over Smart Response. Case note failures are now clearly surfaced with a reason, transcripts are matched more reliably to the correct case, and audio troubleshooting has been refined to avoid unnecessary alerts during healthy calls.
New Features
Smart Response Template Selection
Agents can now choose a different template if Smart Response selects the wrong one. Ranked template suggestions and the full template library are available, with clearer template names. Selecting a different template automatically regenerates the response using the chosen template.
Improvements
Smarter Audio Troubleshooting
- The audio troubleshooting banner now appears only at the start of a call, preventing holds and quiet periods from triggering unnecessary alerts.
- The banner automatically clears once transcription is confirmed to be working.
- Audio troubleshooting guidance now reflects tenant-specific support routing.
Sidd Studio
Highlights
This release gives admins more control over Smart Response templates, completes the transition from Broadcast to Alerts, and adds greater control over intents in Intercept Studio.
New Features
Smart Response Template Selection
Studio now supports multiple template options for generated responses. Agents can view ranked suggestions or browse the full template library, with document names and preview snippets available for each option. Search makes it easier to find the right template, and selecting a different template regenerates the response using that template.
Improvements
- User Management now displays the Confirmed status for clericals, consistent with Automation, making configuration status easier to verify.
- Intents already assigned to Direct Route to Agent no longer appear as available selections, preventing accidental duplicates.
- The Ask Sidd panel now displays a clear error message when it cannot load.
- Policy Doc configuration now saves in a single action when setup is complete.
