We have added a new alert in Sidd to flag potential audio setup issues in real time, so agents know right away if something’s wrong. From the alert, they are directed to the troubleshooting guide to follow simple steps to fix it on the spot - reducing guesswork and avoiding downtime waiting on IT ticket support.

We've completely redesigned the Case History experience in Studio, here's what's new:
Table Page
Time / Duration Columns
Revamped filters
Filters now support search-within-filter and multi-select, and results update dynamically as you filter
Case Detail Page
Granular Intents (Highlights)
A new timeline on the right side of the transcript shows the "chapters" of a call
RTG highlights
Real-Time Guidance chips are now visually highlighted in the transcript with a colored block, making it easier to spot where guidance appeared
3. Case History Revamp
Our main 4 dashboards have now been added to Sidd Studio for cohesive access to all the key features and tools you need to drive your program forward.
This replaces the clickthrough link that would redirect users to a new browser page.
