Sidd Duo
1. In-Workflow Case Notes Feedback - Structured, Real-Time Input from Agents
We’ve added a lightweight, structured feedback flow directly into the Case Notes experience so agents can quickly report issues at the exact moment they spot them. Instead of vague thumbs-down signals, agents can now select a clear reason (e.g., incorrect info, missing context) and add an optional comment tied to the specific case note output.
What this delivers:
- Higher-quality, traceable feedback linked to individual calls and note outputs.
- Faster debugging and iteration, reducing time spent chasing vague reports.
- Early detection of accuracy issues, protecting CSAT and reducing rework downstream.
- A scalable feedback loop that strengthens trust with agents and accelerates adoption improvements.

2. Swift Notes (beta) – The New Standard for Reliable AI Case Notes
AI notes and transcriptions often miss critical details, like names, IDs, emails, product SKUs, and brand terms. This forces agents to do rework after calls. We're upgrading Swift Notes to fix this by giving agents a fast, structured way to capture key details in real time. Sidd then automatically completes and accurately documents these case notes.
What’s improved:
- Configurable, structured fields (like Client, Date, Location, Order ID, etc.) prevent accuracy issues and ensure essential details are captured by agents to flow cleanly into the final AI note.
- Flexible text areas + templates let agents jot quick notes mid-call and support team-specific formats without slowing anyone down, feeling like Sidd is their notepad.
- Streamlined configuration in Sidd Studio enables consistent deployments and reduces manual setup.
- Agents stay focused, AI fills the gaps, and teams see higher note accuracy, faster wrap-up, and stronger adoption of Sidd Notes overall.
Agents will find Swift Notes as indispensable as their Notepad and sticky notes, allowing them to collaborate and co-create with AI!
