1. Case Notes Builder gets a Dynamic update!
Unlock new Case Notes superpowers with self-configuration directly in Sidd Studio! This release simplifies setup, streamlines governance, and makes scaling Case Notes faster than ever.
You can now create and manage Case Notes Sets the same way you configure RTG and User Groups:
- Create Case Notes Set
- Add Notes within that set
2. User Management Overhaul
The User Management Overhaul modernizes the way User Management is handled in Studio. It delivers a faster, cleaner, and more intuitive experience for managing agents, folders, and user groups.

- Faster loading and refresh times
- New Folder View / User View navigation
- Live search results as you type
- Click anywhere on a card to open a group (removed “View” button)
- Updated fonts and icons for a cleaner look
- “Config” folder renamed to Internal
- Added attribute filters for refined agent selection

- Editing now opens in a drawer, replacing the old modal
