1. New Support Ticket Flow - Faster, More Accurate Resolutions
We’ve updated the support ticket flow to help agents get faster resolutions by guiding users to add clearer details, choose the right category, and share the impact before submitting their request.
2. Case Notes - New Name, Same Look
To reflect the overall branding, the Spark Notes tab is now called Case Notes!
3. Performance & Bug Fixes
- This release includes bug fixes and enhancements for smoother Case Note summaries. Specifically, we resolved the issue where placeholders sometimes appeared, so your agents will now see cleaner, more accurate notes.
- We improved the accuracy of Diagnostics messages for web-based triggers.
We’ve also increased the RTG Notifications countdown to 20 seconds, making guidance more visible for agents who keep Sidd minimized or are focused on other tabs.

4. Permission Groups - Smarter Access, Simplified
Now available for Admins, Permission Groups let you assign the right access to the right roles—without granting full system access.

- Faster onboarding: Assign a group once instead of toggling every permission.
- Flexible options: Use default groups or create custom role-based groups.
- Granular permissions: Manage access across key Studio features like User Management, Insights, Case Notes, and Reporting.
5. Performance & Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue causing random data to be generated in exports from the Guidance & Insights page.
- Resolved bugs that made search bars in the Admin Portal and User Management pages unresponsive.
