Users can now paste multiple emails into the email field to bulk add users to the Studio Agent Guidance & Silent Insights.
2. Drivers & Dispositions
You can now upload and manage your own Contact Drivers and Dispositions directly in Studio — giving you full control over how your calls are labeled and analyzed after transcription.
