By popular demand, we've made Sidd free! You can now drag and drop the Sidd window anywhere on your screen.
- Maximize or minimize Sidd on any display.
- Place it where it works best for you during calls.
- Total control, smoother workflow.
Lost Sidd? No problem - open the Sidd menu and click Reset Location to snap it right back to the corner.
2. New and Improved English Transcription Now Live
Sidd’s English transcription has been upgraded to a newly available model that achieves 50% fewer errors than the previous model. This improvement enhances transcript clarity, reduces noise-related mistakes, strengthens user confidence, and supports faster, more accurate case handling.
The new model is now live for all users - no changes needed.

The transcription experience is getting a major upgrade designed to improve your speed and focus.
- Pin snippets in real time to capture key moments during calls - keep track without scrolling.
- Keyword detection like “refund,” “account,” and “email” is now highlighted live to help you instantly spot the most critical parts of the conversation.
- Improved layout makes conversations easier to scan and read during high-pressure moments.
This upgrade will roll out to all users over the next few weeks. No action required.
