1. If SIDD stalls or stops working, right-click on the SIDD tray icon and click “Restart SIDD”.
2. If SIDD continues to not respond, please:
- Restart your PC,
- Contact SIDD Support to escalate the issue to the Laivly SIDD team,
- Notify your Team Lead or Supervisor.
