1. If the SIDD window disappears and/or the SIDD face becomes grey, check to see if the SIDD extension is connected.
2. If SIDD disappears but you still see the SIDD icon in your taskbar, please either double-click the SIDD app icon on your taskbar or in the system tray (refer to support instructions for “Restarting SIDD”).
3. If no SIDD icon is present or you see the no connectivity cloud symbol please ensure that the SIDD Chrome extension is enabled (refer to support instructions for “SIDD Chrome Extension”)
