1. Login to https://support.laivly.com/hc/en-us.
2. Click "Sign in"then "Sign up".
3. Fill up this form then click Sign up.
4. You will receive this message.
5. Check your inbox after a few minutes. You will see this email. Click the link to complete the registration.
6. You will be routed to the change password form after clicking the link. Fill in the details again and click "Set password".
7. After setting the password, you can now login again to the Support portal.
