There are 2 ways to access the chat support:
1. Click "Open Support Desk". This will bring you to the SIDD Support Portal directly.
2. Go to https://support.laivly.com.
How To Chat
1.. Click "Chat With Us" button at the bottom right of the screen.
2. Type in your question or keywords to search relevant articles that will aid in troubleshooting.
3. If you can't find any related articles, or issue's not resolved even after doing the suggested troubleshooting steps in the articles, click "Get in touch" button to speak to a live agent.
4. You will be asked to enter your name, email and message.
5. Click "Start Chat".
6. Wait for the agent to respond.
Please note that Live Agent support is available Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM CST - 6:00PM CST. Outside the support hours, you can leave a message and someone will get back to you.
