When logging into SIDD Platform for the first time you may see a sad SIDD face or a cloud with a strike through it. If you see this, it likely means you have not been properly setup to use SIDD.
To resolve this please reach out to SIDD Support, include your username and email address in your request. This will ensure that we can get you working with SIDD right away.
