When completing registration for the SIDD Support portal, you may find that when attempting to create & save your password the page fails to load.
Should this occur, please follow the steps outlined below & retry completing registration:

On your computer, open Chrome.

At the top right, click the three dots then Settings.

On the left side of the page, click ‘Privacy and Security’ & in the center pane, click ‘Cookies and other site data.’

Next to "Sites that can always use cookies," "Always clear cookies when windows are closed," or "Sites that never use cookies," click Add.

Enter the following domain: laivlyhelp.zendesk.com

Select Add.

Attempt to complete registration again
