If you are not signed in on ATG/LPS this sometimes happens due to an expired session in your browser. Please check the following:
- Make sure that you only have one open ATG/LPS in your browser.
- If there are two or more opened ATG/LPS pages, try to close all of them and open a new one, then sign in there. SIDD should be correctly recognizing the ATG/LPS page now.
