There are rare scenarios where SIDD doesn’t seem to paste the Notes into Gladly. This usually happens when there's a new update available for SIDD. When this happens, follow these steps:
- Refresh and clear your browser's cache. You can paste this link in your chrome browser: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData?search=cache and select 'Cookies and other site data'
and 'Cached Images and Files'. This won’t clear your browser’s history, saved password, saved links etc., only the cache files that’s in your browser.
- If the above step didn’t work, try to Restart SIDD.
- If both of the above steps fail to correct the issue, contact SIDD support.
