Occasionally, for various reasons, SIDD's buttons may fail to show when you're working on a case. Before trying any of the troubleshooting steps listed below, please attempt switching tabs and/or cases to see if that corrects the missing buttons.
- Right-Click SIDD and try using the refresh option. If the right click menu doesn't appear or correct the issue proceed to step 2.
- Refresh the connection between the various SIDD processes by killing SiddNodeCore in the task manager. A step-by-step guide to perform this is located here. If this doesn't correct the issue proceed to step 3.
- Reset SIDD by closing all chrome instances and ending all SIDD processes in the task manager. A step-by-step guide to perform this is located here. If this doesn't correct the issue proceed to step 4.
- Request that your leadership contact support.
