If SIDD failed to export a template. Please check the following.
- Please make sure that you're not switching or moving between different tabs when SIDD is in the process of exporting your selected template.
- Check the template you selected in SIDD if exists in your CRM. When the template title you used in SIDD does not match or doesn’t exist in your CRM, exporting will generally fail. When this happens, please contact the support team.
- There are times when your CRM may have changes to certain elements, UI and/or functionality that SIDD depends on. When this happens, SIDD will most likely fail to export because SIDD cannot scrape information from expected fields. In these cases, please immediately Contact the SIDD support team.
