If SIDD should encounter a problem an error message will be displayed. Follow the prompts in the message by selecting an option. You can always choose to close the message box as well by selecting the "x".
If no error message is displayed and SIDD is unresponsive try the following:
- Selecting the SIDD kid icon to bring up the restart menu.
- Try out some of troubleshooting steps in this article on SIDD Buttons Aren't Showing
- Try signing in and out of your machine.
- As a last resort, if nothing else solves the issue, try restarting your computer.
