The Suggestions tab contains template recommendations based on what you are working on.
Sub-tabs may include:
Opening (Greetings, Summary of issue/topic)
Body (The information/next steps needed)
Closing (Thanks, Reassurances, Enclosures)
At the bottom of the tab you will find the Template Explorer.
Here can browse all available choices in the Template Library by selecting the expand menu.
You can also use keyword in the Search Bar to get template results that contain the types text.
The Details tab contains details such as customer profile information that can be copied from the tab using the copy button and then pasted into the reply where needed.
The Conversations tab highlights key phrases from the customer email providing a quick way to review the case to ensure a full response.
