If SIDD is not showing on your machine, you can try the following quick steps to verify that it is currently installed:
- Check if there's a SIDD processes list in the Task Manager.
- Check if there's a SIDD Chrome Extensions present.
If SIDD is not present in both of these locations, reach out to local IT and/or your Supervisor who will be able to get SIDD installed for you.
If SIDD is present in either of these locations you can try to perform a SIDD Restart prior to reporting the issue to your Supervisor.
