There may be instances where analyzing an email could fail due to the following reasons:
- Attempting to use SIDD on a case type that isn't supported. When this occurs, SIDD will notify you that something went wrong:
- SIDD being unable to read the data due to a disconnect with the CRM or the network
Steps to solve these issues:
- Try analyzing again
- Try closing all of your browsers and Restarting SIDD
- If the issue persists talk to your Supervisor or other leadership and they can contact SIDD support
