Occasionally, SIDD may not return suggestions for a few different reasons such as: not being connected to your VPN, a hiccup in our service, or other issues, you may be prompted with an error stating that predictions are unavailable.
Things to check:
- If you normally connect to a VPN, please make sure you are connected and try again
- If you are connected, and you're getting this issue consistently, close your browser and Restart SIDD
- If you are still experiencing issues talk to your Supervisor or other leadership and have them Contact SIDD support
Even when you are encountering this issue you will still have access to searching for templates, and be able to use them without issue. This issue only affects the template suggestions feature.
