If for some reason SIDD is not functioning as expected here are some basic first steps to see if it will resolve the problem.
Restart
Step 1
Try using SIDDs built in restart feature, then refresh the page once it completes
Relaunch
Step 1
Quit SIDD
Step 2
Relaunch SIDD from the desktop, and once launching is complete refresh the page
Reset
Step 1
Close all of your Chrome browsers
Step 2
Right click on the SIDD face in the task bar and select Quit
Step 3
Re-open Chrome
Step 4
Re-open SIDD
Step 5
Make sure the SIDD Chrome Extension is running.
Go into Chrome settings by clicking the three dots in the top right corner
Choose Manage Extensions on the left
Make sure the SIDD Platform extension exists and that it is enabled
If the extension is not there you will need to talk to your IT staff to install the extension from the Chrome Store which can be found here: SIDD Platform on Chrome Store
