- Once you have logged in you to your computer system you will need to select the "Launch SIDD" button which can be found at the bottom right of your computer screen. This will enable SIDD to assist you.
- If you do not see the "Launch SIDD" button at startup, or if nothing happens when you click the "Launch SIDD" button, try the Restart SIDD portion of this guide.
- If you continue to have issues launching SIDD please contact SIDD support.
