If SIDD update is not pushing through or it seems getting stuck, please follow the steps below:
1)Locate the Google Chrome on your desktop. Right click the Google Chrome icon then choose "Open file location".
2) At the top border, click "Local Disk (C:)".
3) Locate the ProgramData folder. If you can't find it, please do the steps below.
3.1. Click the "View" button in the menu bar.
3.2. Check the checkbox for "Hidden items" located at the right side.
4) In the list of folders, you will now see "ProgramData". Navigate to Laivly > SIDD > Updates.
We need to check if there are update files stuck in the pending folder. If there are update files stuck in the pending folder, please delete the files inside the pending folder.
5) Relaunch SIDD.
6) If you see this message, "Update Required", wait for the update alert (orange cloud icon). Once you see the update alert, go ahead and update SIDD.
